Product Information and Pricing

If an error occurs in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct the error and cancel any orders placed based on the incorrect information at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade or natural material goods), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are provided for reference only; vivapost Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages. Full payment is required before order dispatch or pickup, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Intellectual Property

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms
